For Visitors

Visits from family and friends are welcome and can be helpful to a patient’s recovery. We ask that visitors abide by the following guidelines. It is recommended, however, that visitors check at the nursing station at specific units for information about visiting in each unit.

General Guidelines
  • Visitors with colds or experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat), or with any contagious disease should not visit hospitalized patients.
  • Only two visitors are allowed in the room at one time.
  • Visitors should maintain a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary noise.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the hospital campus, both inside and outside of buildings.

    • Parking is free and available in several lots all around the campus.

    Visiting Hours
    General visiting hours are from 7am -9pm. Visiting hours for our critical care unit are as follows: 6am -6:30am, 9am - 10am, noon -12:30pm, 3pm -3:30pm, 5pm - 5:30pm and 8:30pm - 9pm.

    Cafeteria
    Our cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital just off the main lobby. Weekday cafeteria hours are 7:30am – 9:00 am for breakfast, 11am – 1:30pm for lunch, and 5pm-6pm for dinner. On weekends, the cafeteria is opened for breakfast from 8am-9am and for lunch from noon – 1pm.

    There are also vending machines located in various spots around the facility, including near the cafeteria, just outside the CCU waiting room on the 2nd floor, near the Emergency Room and in Medical Office Building A.
